Jivamukti yoga teacher Jac Godfrey welcomes you to a magical summer weekend at Potash Barns in rural Suffolk to take a deep breath and let nature envelop you as we journey deeply with body , mind and soul , creating yoga alchemy which will stay with you long after you leave.

The Sanskrit name “Sakshi” means the ‘inner witness’ beyond the fluctuations of mind stuff and thoughts, which create many obstacles . As we shift our perceptions through the practices, this allows the deep wisdom and joy of sakshi to shine through.
