Experienced teachers Kim Pierpoint and Lynn Yardley invite you to join them for a lovely weekend of yoga in an impressive country house surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.
The weekend offers a varied programme of yoga, with small group sizes, a welcoming approach and a mixture of both invigorating and restorative classes, workshop-style sessions and meditations.
Set in the rolling hills of South Shropshire, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the stunning 17th century Llanhedric House. This country house has been elegantly adapted to accommodate large groups. It is spacious and roomy, yet manages to maintain a homely and cosy ambience.
Yoga classes take place in the adjoining converted grain loft.
If the weather allows, there may also be the option of practicing yoga in the extensive gardens.
During your free time you will have a chance to relax in the large guest lounge, where a wide selection of yoga books and magazines will be available for browsing. There is also a games room and games garage with pool table, table tennis, darts and table football.
There is the option to join Kim and Lynn on a walk on Saturday afternoon. If you fancy more exploring, the Shropshire Way goes directly past the House and the Offas Dyke Trail runs close by.
Twin/Double: £325 per person
