A relaxing weekend break at Bala Brook, a beautiful Retreat Centre on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Enjoy yoga sessions which will include asana practice, pranayama and meditation. We will feature guided walks on the Moor and explore the atmospheric landscape surrounding Bala Brook, with water falls, ancient oaks, mosses and lichen. You can also choose to relax and soak in the innate peace of Dartmoor. There will also be Circle Dancing on Saturday evening. Food will feature the use of local, seasonal and organic produce to create a beautiful vegetarian menu.
