Her classes thread spoken poetry, mantras and dimensional, energetic, anatomical and internal awareness as to the healing potential and purpose of each asana on both esoteric and physical levels of being.

‘I enjoyed an amazing intermediate yoga retreat in East Sussex last weekend. It exceeded my expectations in terms of accommodation (a lovely 2 en-suite bedroom cottage with kitchen, living area and bath), amazing vegetarian food cooked by Charlotte and variety of yoga. We received 14 hours of yoga that was taught at the right level for the group. We also had lots of time to relax and partake in other activities like walks. I can’t wait to go on my next retreat!’
