Boost the resources of your body, mind and spirit with a weekend of gentle yoga and meditation in the beautiful Vale of Evesham. Tune into transformative energy of Midsummer to leave feeling relaxed, de-stressed and ready for the world.

There will be eight yoga and meditation sessions starting early evening on Friday and finishing before afternoon tea on Sunday. Morning practices will be more invigorating; evenings calming and restoring. We will explore a range of practices: asana (movement); pranayama (breath), meditation, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

Gently and safely taught, the weekend is suitable for beginners or more experienced yogis wanting to experience a therapeutic approach and to clarify and renew resources.

Nourish yourself

As well as yoga, there will be time to treat yourself to a massage, a walk in the beautiful gardens, or simply relax with a book or stare at the sky…

The retreat centre

Holland House is a tranquil retreat centre set in three acres of beautiful gardens at Pershore in Worcestershire. It is centred around a 16th Century half-timbered, part thatched building with the River Avon flowing by. We will have the run of the old house with its drawing room, library and beamed dining room.
