A beautiful opportunity to immerse into some deep teachings of yoga, Jivamukti style- and refresh body, mind and soul – with UK based Jivamukti yoga teacher Jac Godfrey.   These are popular weekends where much adventure and relaxation is had in even measure.

We are returning again to the gorgeous and welcoming Potash Barns deep in the heart of rural Suffolk.  The peace and tranquility of the countryside holds the space for deep practices of yoga, meditation, contemplation and transformation.  And the food (all plant based, hearty fayre to support your practice ) is really delicious and wholesome .

The theme for this retreat is : “The Bhakti Path : Falling in Love with Yoga”.  Bhakti (devotional yoga) is one of the 5 tenets of Jivamukti Yoga and is a part of what makes the method so unique and beguiling.
