Rejuvenate and regenerate your body and mind on a holistic retreat!
I run a number of seasonally-tailored, holistic retreats throughout the year. Numbers are kept intimate (no more than 15 people) so that I can meet everybody’s needs. The retreats involve wonderful food, yoga, guided meditations, early nights and nutritional and lifestyle advice. I am also a great believer in the healing power of nature and my retreats always involve silent, contemplative walks in the countryside. Massage and one-on-one wellness sessions are available at an additional cost, see below.
All my students return home with a basic, solid foundation in healthy, clean eating and living so that they know how to minimize their toxin intake, support the body’s innate ability for detoxification, and lead a more balanced life.
Spring is the perfect time for a quick liver detox, for rest and rejuvenation.
Over the weekend we will consider what wellbeing really is…
We will prepare cooked and raw food and eat it together. We will also use delicious, nutrient-rich superfoods and drink organic vegetable and fruit juices.
You will be given vital, new information on nutrition, mineral supplements and superfoods.
We will learn about what is deficient in our western diet and how we can fix this through the food we eat and the lifestyle that we choose. Also, you will learn a powerful breathing technique which alkalizes the body, supports and stimulates the liver and balances your emotions.
The package includes…
Accommodation, organic food, juices and superfood shakes, extended daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, woodland walks, and lifestyle and nutrition advice.
Retreats start on Fridays at 4pm and finish on Sundays at 3.30pm
One-on-One Coaching, Massage, Reiki and Cosmetic Acupuncture £65 for 1 hour.

“Abi and I are well and looking forward to Christmas at home with our close family. We were talking today about what an impact your retreat has had on us – particularly Abi. She has gained so much confidence and zest for life in the last 6 months, helped by fantastic GCSE results and really enjoying studying for her A Levels at our local 6th form college. We have also both stopped eating meat and are pescetarian (on our way to being vegetarian ). We are both feeling the health benefits and have much improved complexion, hair and nails. We have also been enjoying doing yoga”

“As a long time practitioner of yoga, I take great joy in discovering teachers like Rina who recognize the sacredness of this practice. Her passion for transformation, wealth of knowledge and a depth of presence serve as a beautiful foundation upon which humor, levity and love prevail. Deep bow.”
Ryan Seaman, Producer & Writer, Los Angeles
“Forget the free and connecting yoga, forget the delicious, highly nutritional shakes and meals, forget the beautiful, birdsong-filled, natural surroundings….what you have in this retreat is spiritual advice offered with insight and love, freedom of heart and mind and a solid platform to build again. Perfect.”
