The perfect post-Christmas combination of cross-training, hiking in the stunning Marshwood Vale and evening sessions of Iyengar Yoga for an holistic overhaul. The weekend is based at Marshwood Manor in rural Dorset, located in an ancient an untouched vale and surrounded by open fields and copses. Three hours cross-training each day, including some strength, some boxing, some cardio, will be led by ex-Royal marines Commando Mark Hughes who always ensures everyone is working at their own level and feeling challenges but never overwhelmed! After lunch each day there is a guided hike through the Dorset countryside or along the breathtaking Jurassic coastal path. An evening session of Iyenga Yoga with celebrated teacher Hannah Lovegrove ends the day. All this activity is fuelled by exceptional, nutritious food served in the Manor House. 2-course breakfast, 2-course lunch and 3-course dinner in small servings ensures you are energised without being weighed down and even the most dedicated of foodies will be happy. Accomodation is in one of our beautiful holiday cottages beside the Manor. Massage therapies and treatments can also be booked as an extra.
