I’d love you to join me on a 4 days journey deeper into what wellbeing means for you, and from that knowledge to find sustainable, practical ways to bring about positive change in your life.
The retreats provide a gentle way to detox, nourish, rebalance your system, allowing you to return to your self.
Your body is already an expert at detoxing and restarting itself, what I provide is time, space, methods and practices to help you help yourself and find a more balanced lifestyle. (The retreats don’t entail harsh regimes or fasting).
West Lexham Manor set in a protected valley with the UK’s cleanest chalk stream it is verdant and bursting with nature. We have floating water meadows, ancient trees, lakes and formal gardens for you to explore. It’s 90% run on renewables with solar panels for power and a wood chip boiler for heat. The water is fresh from the chalk aquifer making it rich in minerals and taste delicious.
We will practice yoga together, exploring physical, mental and spiritual balance through movement and breath.
We will cook and eat together learning how food can nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
We will reconnect with nature and with our natural selves in the beautiful family run, ecological spaces that I have carefully chosen for the retreats.

A Typical Day:
My retreats combine structure and space to just be; action and relaxation; opportunity for learning and reconnecting; opportunity for reflection.
08.30-09:00: Superfood shake
09.00-11.00: Morning breathwork, Vinyasa yoga & Yoga Nidra
11.30-13.30: Preparing and eating raw & cooked lunch
13.30-14.30: Silent walk, private consultation, treatment or just time to chill out
14.30-15:00: Tea & raw snack break
15.00-16.00: ‘Healing Living Kitchen’ class
16.00-17.00: More treatments to pamper yourself / free time
17.00-18.30: Restorative/Yin yoga & meditation class
18.30-20.00: Food preparation & delicious vegan meal
0.30-21.30: Yoga Nidra / meditation / movie
