Retreats are an act of loving service to yourselves, to your family, and the world.

The retreats provide a gentle way to detox, nourish, rebalance your system, allowing you to return to your self.
Your body is already an expert at detoxing and restarting itself, what I provide is time, space, methods, and practices to help you help yourself and find a more balanced lifestyle.

I run several seasonally tailored retreats throughout the year for the past 15 years, you’re in good hands 🙂

These retreats don’t entail harsh regimes or fasting.
We will practice yoga together, exploring physical, mental, and spiritual balance through movement and breath.
We will cook and eat together learning how food can nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
We will reconnect with nature and with our natural selves in the beautiful family-run, ecological spaces that I have carefully chosen for the retreats.

A Typical Day:
My retreats combine structure and space to just be; action and relaxation; opportunity for learning and reconnecting; opportunity for reflection.

08.30-09:00: Superfood shake
09.00-11.00: Morning Hatha flow yoga and meditation
11.30-13.30: Preparing and eating lunch
13.30-14.30: Silent walk, private consultation, treatment, or just time to chill out
14.30-15:00: Tea & snack break
15.00-16.00: ‘living well’ class
16.00-17.00: More treatments to pamper yourself / free time
17.00-18.30: Restorative/Yin yoga & meditation class
18.30: Supper
19.30:  Yoga Nidra / meditation / movie
