Join us for our relaxing Yoga Retreat in Wales. Shift your focus towards active relaxation in the form of restorative yoga and yoga nidra, experience energising morning practices and explore the benefits of mindfulness practices.

A yoga retreat for everyday people. Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular yoga-goer, You are welcome at our relaxed and friendly retreat at cosy Garth Barns in Wales! This retreat is about you: a chance to start or develop your practice in a way that is suited to your abilities – yoga is not a competitive sport after all! The goal is not only to deepen your practice, and to give you take-home tools to easily continue your self-practice at home, but ultimately to leave you feel refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Bring your friends, your partner or just yourself! Everyone is welcome. Accommodation, meals and the full programme (~14hrs instruction) are included. You just need to bring one thing…You!

Together we will start our days with a short mindfulness practice, followed by an energising and flowy physical exercise in the mornings and a slower, restorative practice in the evenings. Two workshops, with take-home materials for safe self-practice at home are also included! One for physical health: Breaking down Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations), learn the step by step and hear about tips on how to keep your joints and muscles safe. The other workshop focuses on mental health, The Art of Slowing Down; aka how to find calm and spaciousness off-the-mat, including conversations about yogic philosophy and how to integrate your yogic studies into your life.

We’ll be guiding you through the opposites of both energetic practices and also share tools to release anxiety and stress, and find your calm and quiet mind. Enjoy the afternoon free time for you own personal activities: Bring your hiking boots, Your favourite book and enjoy the small sauna. Healthy and nutritious breakfasts, lunches and dinners are all included and we cater for all dietary requirements. Without a fuss.

Participants are limited to 14, which means the group will be small enough for the programme to be tailored to you but also large enough if you’d like to mingle. All rooms are ensuite, sharing rooms encouraged between friends and family members.
