Summer is a wonderful season for a liver cleanse, rest and rejuvenation.

We will practice yoga together, exploring physical, mental, and spiritual balance through movement and breath.

Over these three days retreat, we will cook and eat together, learning how food can nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
We will reconnect with nature and our natural selves in the beautiful family-run, ecological spaces that I have carefully chosen for the retreats.

Let yourself be nourished.
Let yourself go inwards and explore the places that need attention.
Let yourself be accepting, gentle, and forgiving.
Let yourself acknowledge that this inner work is intrinsically linked to service beyond ourselves.
Let yourself be the change.

Me and the team been running retreats for about 18 years, you are in good hands 😊

‘Rina held a gentle space with a beautiful and strong presence through which she created a deep sense of care and nourishment for our minds, bodies, and hearts. The spiritual principles we talked about felt achievable and desirable and so were very easy to be inspired by. The time we spent together as a group was relaxed and the gentle focus on wellbeing allowed us to be aware of how we were feeling and connected to how others were feeling. The yoga was a wonderful balance between energizing and restorative and it was interesting to learn more about the health and well-being benefits that each of the poses has. There was enough time to relax and reflect on your own but also lovely times of connection with the group with nice social things to do. For me, it was an incredible and much needed time to really slow down and enjoy how good it feels to rest and relax. The space on the retreat allowed me to reconnect with my desire to live in more harmony with the planet and other people and permitted me to care for myself. I have been on other yoga retreats and none have been as inspiring. transformative and enjoyable as this one.’ Sara Murry, London

“Forget the free and connecting yoga, forget the delicious, highly nutritional shakes and meals, forget the beautiful, birdsong-filled, natural surroundings….what you have in this retreat is spiritual advice offered with insight and love, freedom of heart and mind, and a solid platform to build again. Perfect.”

Nina Edmond, Bristol

“As a long time practitioner of yoga, I take great joy in discovering teachers like Rina who recognize the sacredness of this practice. Her passion for transformation, wealth of knowledge, and depth of presence serve as a beautiful foundation upon which humor, levity, and love prevail. Deep bow.”
