Energise your mind and body and set intentions for the coming months, while making the most of the early summer sunshine, at this extended weekend of yoga and mindfulness, long scenic walks and wild swimming (for the brave…there’s a heated pool for everyone else!).

Four days and nights of yoga and mindfulness, walking, resting, and enjoying this awesome old manor house, a grade 1 listed property. There is a private swimming pool, walled garden and many fantastic walks, as well as a jetty for wild river swimming (only for the brave). the estate also makes it’s own wine and cheese!

There will be 3 yoga sessions per day, including pranayama and meditation, long dynamic flow practices, as well as restorative yin yoga and yoga nidra. this extra long weekend allows plenty of time for practice and rest, with afternoons free to enjoy the sumptuous surroundings.

Typical Day

7.30am: wake-up morning breathing exercises and meditation

8.00am: breakfast

10.00 am: dynamic flow yoga dina

12.30pm: lunch

The afternoons are free to relax snooze, stroll, read, enjoy a rejuvenating healing massage or explore the local area.

5.00pm: slower restorative practices, including yin, pranayama and meditation and yoga nidra

7.00pm: dinner in convivial company

8.45pm: evening meditation
