Perfect.”

“A warm and welcoming hug on arrival.  A time to stop, stand, share and dream our dreams with no plans for four blissfully peaceful and calming days. Yoga shared with genuine heartfelt warmth, kindness, compassion and gentle encouragement. An awareness of wellbeing and mindfulness with healthy organic food prepared with love and generosity. Walking barefoot on wet grass and feeling the warm earth beneath our feet and sunshine on our faces. Experiencing the freedom to feel and not to think.”
