This gentle weekend is about slowing down, relaxing and releasing tension. You can do whatever you want. You may want to join us as we will be stretching, breathing, laughing, relaxing, walking, being mindful, being active and being quiet, meditating, and being in the moment, noticing, and quietening the mind, body and breath. Bringing our energy back into balance. A short holiday away from a busy life.

This weekend is suitable for all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners even absolute beginners.
